Well, I am a happy girl!!!!! Spring is going to come in fast and furious now.....and the NOW has just begun with some pretty fabulous stuff.........
A large part of our Krista Larson spring collection has arrived!!! Thankfully, not all of our almost three-hundred piece order came at the same time, but the most of it that is here is truly to LOVE! (Whoa....that was some sentence, but sometimes it just comes out of my head that way...) This collection is probably the most spectacular in range of new styles that I have had the thrill of having. Krista has added a lot of new slips and skirts and camisoles, and some fabulous sweaters and........ I have chosen to put together many different outfits so that you can see that should you not choose to look like an urban fairy, you can also look like the down-to-earth mother of the bride who doesn't want to look like one, the hippest teacher in the school district, the super lawyer who is good enough to dress like she wants.....Krista Larson gives each of us the opportunity to dress as who we are or want to be.......the chance to dress like we feel when we get up each morning or how we want to feel. This season, while we always love the dressy and the fluffy and the magical, we also have a wonderful collection of CASUAL.....soft and giving cotton jersey knits, crisply wrinkled linens, and one of my very favorites - cotton broadcloths that are always a little rumpled and comfy. The seasons first two colors are Gold and Khaki—contemporary and edgy feeling shades that combine well with a variety of other colors. You must come in to play with it to see just what great things you can do!!!
Well, it seems that many of you are falling in love with Ray Harris just the way that I so unexpectedly did! He and I are burning up the phone lines with reorders and new ideas. The most often heard comment we hear as his things are being tried on is "It just feels like I am not wearing anything!" These lighter-than-light poly crinkles pack into nothing while packing a whole lot of style. The fabric is both luxurious and forgiving! The colors are gorgeous! More is on the way.....
You are seeing the first new Anya tee shirt for spring. She has many more in the works.....AND... while we are showing all of the new spring goodies, many of us are also freezing!!!!! Anya has just brought another batch of freshly made hand-warmers for the blizzards of spring!
While I seem to be (and AM) primarily focused on making us all feel great and gorgeous.....I am also in love with beautifying our environments. After all, isn't it nice to have a great place in which to look this good???
Our newest edition to our gallery is Kliszewski Glass. The year that we had to wait to get these pieces seemed more like an eternity, but when we opened the boxes.....these pieces are spectacularly colored, whimsically elegant, and really, REALLY want to live at our house! But all five of them are ensconced on a high shelf to let the temptation be yours.....
